3 weeks agoGot a bad feeling walking up, looks very uninviting exterior all you see is a rusted lawn table with two chairs and a stuffed cigarette tray, when you open the door it really doesn’t get any better. Everyone turns around to stare with no greeting, got a center table which was fine but no breathing room you’re sitting on top of other tables. There’s no breathing room in the bathroom either cus anyone can walk in on you as the door handle doesn’t lock. These are minor small town diner quirks we thought food must be worth it and amazing cus that’s how it usually is in a hole in the wall but no, I still can’t get this bleach after taste out of my mouth from the rubbery pancakes. My husband first mentioned it and I thought he was crazy but after I took a bite there it was! Maybe to no fault of their own and hopefully this accounts for a clean kitchen but I highly doubt I will return as the other plates were mostly canned (corned beef hash) and no fresh made pancakes was a bummer. I wish them the best though.

a month agoWalked in , no one acknowledged us. Asked the lady behind the counter if we could just sit or do we need to wait to be seated. Said she didn't know and was rude. We sat anyway and waitresses were arguing who was taking what tables. We left.

2 months agoFound the local spot food is amazing small but perfect

3 months agoWent there today and never got served. Sat for about 15 minutes. Waitresses were putting silverware togeather and talking to each other behind the counter. I got up and started to leave and they actually said have a nice day to me. Eaten there before and been OK.

3 months agoGreat food at prices far lower than any others in the area. Huge portions you will most likely take some home. Come for the prime rib on Saturday and leave happy and full.

4 months agoHave visited twice in the last two weeks and can't wait to go back! Wonderful food, good portions, nice staff, clean place. The menu is very large for breakfast and lunch. They have dinner towards the end of the week with a smaller menu but still plenty to choose from. Lots of delicious food to choose from!

Edited 3 months agoI went on a Friday night for the trip around Italy dinner. It was 100% worth going and was so much food that I had 2 more meals from it. The helpings on plate was so worth it. Staff and cooks are amazing. Don't forget the strawberry and cream cake for dessert, It was spectacular. Here again and as usual the best staff, the kitchen staff care and are sweet to help adjust my meal to match my dietary needs. This place feels comfortable like eating with family and friends.
